Designed for off-road use and motorcycle tours in Europe

Kemimoto develops vehicle-specific accessories for UTVs, ATVs and side-by-sides, as well as functional motorcycle accessories and rider equipment. Vehicle data, prototype construction, assembly testing, material control, product-related laboratory tests and feedback from practice form a joint development process.

Our European online shop is primarily available in German. Customers from other European markets can access localised content using the language and country selection. Deliverable products are shipped to European addresses depending on destination country, postcode, inventory, product dimensions and shipping conditions.

Who is Kemimoto?

Founded in 2011, Kemimoto is a global powersports and motorcycle accessories brand. Its range covers UTVs, ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles, along with products for other mobile outdoor activities. Kemimoto has reached more than 80 million riders worldwide.

The German shop also serves as Kemimoto’s European storefront. It offers direct delivery of UTV accessories to supported European destinations, as well as motorcycle accessories, riding apparel, luggage, rainwear and heated gear. Availability, language, pricing, taxes and shipping terms depend on the selected delivery country and the information shown at checkout.

Our story

It all started with an accessory that didn't fit

The story of Kemimoto started with a specific problem: Five enthusiastic drivers wanted to install newly purchased mirrors, but the screws provided did not fit.

This small problem gave rise to a development principle that is still valid today. An accessory doesn't just have to fulfill its function. It should fit the intended vehicle and mounting point, be easy to install, and function reliably in actual use.

The original team of five people has grown into a global company with more than 500 professionals. Nevertheless, our work still begins with the vehicle, the driver and the specific application problem. We don't first develop any universal part and then look for possible vehicles. We first examine the target model, the assembly location, the conditions of use and the expected risks.

This approach applies to UTV-Doors, windshields, mirrors, storage, lighting and brackets as well as motorcycle mirrors, luggage systems, gloves, boots, rain and heating clothing.

For several European markets

German as the main language, localization via language and country selection

The European one Kemimoto-Shop uses German as the main language. Additional markets can access localised content via the language and country selection. Good localization means more than a literal translation. Depending on the destination country, the following points must also be taken into account:

  • common search terms for UTV, ATV, quad and motorcycle accessories;
  • Currency, Taxes and Pricing Display;
  • Delivery area, delivery time and restrictions for islands, remote regions and bulky goods;
  • Returns, Warranty and Consumer Rights;
  • Vehicle Compatibility, Road Usage and Compliance Notes;
  • Units of measurement, model names and locally common product categories.

The German site serves as the content and technical basis. However, other language versions should be adapted to the actual search and reading practices of the respective market.

European shipping and direct delivery of UTV accessories

Kemimoto uses storage capacity in Germany to support European deliveries. Based on current shipping policy, estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 12 days. The actual duration depends on the destination country, the postcode and the inventory in the respective warehouse.

Available UTV accessories can be shipped directly to supported European countries. Additional restrictions may apply to large products such as doors, windshields, roofs or storage boxes, as well as to islands, remote regions and non-standard delivery areas. Customers should enter the delivery country and postcode before ordering or contact customer service to confirm availability, cost and estimated delivery time.

Europe-wide drop shipping does not mean that every product can be delivered to every European address. The information provided in the checkout and confirmation by customer service are decisive.

Why Kemimoto?

Vehicle-specific development

Depending on the product, we combine vehicle measurement, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD development, dimensional testing and test assembly. The installation location, clearance, fastening elements, connections, vehicle design and operating space are taken into account. Products for the same vehicle make are not automatically compatible with every year or model. Universal accessories for motorcycles must also provide clear assembly dimensions and application limits.

Experienced development and support team

Kemimoto employs more than 100 development engineers. This includes over 20 industry experts, each with 20 to 30 years of experience in product development. Construction, industrial design, material selection, prototype construction, quality control and product information work together to further develop our products. To date has Kemimoto obtained more than 300 patents worldwide. A team of 30 powersports specialists supports customers with questions about compatibility and installation.

Product-related validation

Different products are exposed to different risks. That's why we select test methods based on material, construction, power supply, type of installation and intended use. This can include dimensional, vibration, corrosion, water pressure, tensile, weather, temperature, optical and electrical tests. Not every product goes through every test. Internal laboratory tests also do not replace legally required certification or conformity assessment.

Feedback from practice

Notes from UTV-Users, motorcyclists and our customer service on fit, assembly, comfort, durability and operation help us to further develop products and instructions.

Customer Feedback

Kemimoto was on Trustpilot rated 4.1 out of 5 based on more than 3,500 customer reviews (as of June 2026). This key figure refers to the global brand and is not a separate assessment of the German or European shop.

Industry participation and design awards

Kemimoto is a member of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and is in contact with the international automotive and powersport aftermarket community. The Kemimoto Midnight Soundbar received a MUSE Design Award in 2024 and 2026. Global memberships, awards and laboratory opportunities do not replace product-related credentials that may be required in the EU, UK, Switzerland or any other target market.
01

Understand application problem

We determine the target vehicle, assembly position, environment, functional requirements and possible failure risks. At UTV products focus on vehicle design, load and off-road use. When it comes to motorcycle products, assembly, movement, comfort and weather all come into play.

02

Collect fit and material data

Depending on the product, we use vehicle measurements, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD and dimensional inspection. For textile products, fabrics, seams, zippers, straps, buckles and contact surfaces are also considered.

03

Build and assemble the prototype or try it on

Prototypes can be manufactured using 3D printing, CNC machining and other suitable processes. We then check the installation location, clearance, fastening, connection and operation. When it comes to clothing and luggage solutions, we examine carrying, adjustment, storage space and movement requirements.

04

Select relevant checks

The test methods are adapted to the material, construction, electronics, assembly and intended use.

05

Document and improve results

Assembly observations, laboratory results, transport experiences and user feedback are incorporated into the further development of the product and its instructions.

Testing capabilities for UTV and ATV accessories

Six-axis motion simulation and vibration testing

Six-axis motion simulation and vibration testing

Vehicle-mounted products such as luggage racks, brackets, mirrors, doors, lighting and electronic components can be subjected to six-axis motion simulation or electromagnetic vibration testing, depending on the product. This allows structural stability, attachment, fatigue, loosening, separation and electrical contact interruptions to be examined.

Dimensions, assembly and mechanical construction

Dimensions, assembly and mechanical construction

Dimensional inspection, vehicle scan and test assembly help assess contour, holes, clearance, movement space and connections. Tensile and mechanical impact testing can be used for appropriate structures, straps, fastenings and connection points.

A laboratory measurement does not replace a test assembly on the target model. Product pages must still state the brand, model, year of manufacture, version and assembly conditions.

Salt spray and weather resistance

Salt spray and weather resistance

Suitable metal parts, coatings, fasteners and contacts may be subjected to neutral salt spray testing with 5% saline solution. Testing time can range from 48 to 500 hours depending on the material, product and validation requirements.

Plastics, coatings and outdoor materials can be subjected to UV aging or temperature and humidity testing depending on their use. Controlled laboratory tests cannot be equated with every real exposure to road salt, coastal climate or long-term outdoor use.

Windshields, soft tops, doors and storage space

Windshields, soft tops, doors and storage space

Soft tops, textile doors, cabin panels, bags and other textile products can be examined with a hydrostatic pressure test for possible water ingress points on fabric, seams, seam tape, zippers and seals. Tensile tests can evaluate straps, handles, buckles and seams.

Water-repellent does not automatically mean water resistance tested under defined conditions.

Electronics and lighting for UTVs

Electronics and lighting for UTVs

Suitable lights, control devices, sensors, power supplies and electronic accessories can be examined with vibration testing, thermography, DC power supply and load, signal and current measurement, ESD testing and mating cycles.

Internal audits do not replace required ones CE-, ECE, EMC, IP or other proof of conformity.

Testing capabilities for motorcycle accessories and rider gear

Mirrors, brackets and luggage systems

Mirrors, brackets and luggage systems

Motorcycle mirrors, brackets and luggage systems can be evaluated through dimensional, assembly, vibration, pull, shock and salt spray tests depending on the product. This allows risks such as dimensional deviation, loosening, fatigue, deformation and corrosion to be examined.

Rainwear, motorcycle bags and textile equipment

Rainwear, motorcycle bags and textile equipment

Suitable rainwear, motorcycle bags and textile products can be evaluated using hydrostatic pressure testing on fabric, seams, seam tape, zippers and seals. Tensile testing can examine straps, handles, buckles, seams and connection points.

Materials and weather resistance

Materials and weather resistance

Suitable fabrics, plastics and coatings can undergo UV aging, high temperature, low temperature or temperature-humidity tests. Possible colour changes, cracks, deformations and loss of function are observed.

Heated clothing and electronic equipment

Heated clothing and electronic equipment

Thermography can make the heated areas and the temperature distribution visible with suitable heating clothing. Power supply, load, oscilloscope and current measurement can be used to assess the operating status. Mating cycles can evaluate the repeated use of power connections.

Internal electrical testing does not replace formal certification for the respective European target market.
