Our estimated delivery time is 6–12 days, depending on your location and stock availability at the relevant warehouse. Please note that adverse weather may cause logistics delays.

1. Please provide a complete and accurate address. Incorrect details, such as a wrong house number or postcode, may prevent your parcel from being sorted or delivered.

2. We accept order cancellations before the products are dispatched or enter production. You will receive a full refund for an eligible cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

3. Many of our products require professional installation. Because unforeseen issues may arise, we strongly recommend checking the condition and contents of your order before using or installing your new KEMIMOTO product.
