Our estimated delivery time is 6-12 days, depending on your location and the stock availability of the corresponding warehouse. Please note that adverse weather conditions may lead to logistical delays.

1. Please provide a valid address. Incorrect or inaccurate delivery addresses (e.g., wrong or inaccurate house number, postal code) hinder sorting and delivery.

2. We accept order cancellations before products are shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. We are aware that our products usually require professional installation. Due to potential unforeseen issues, we strongly recommend waiting to use the new KEMIMOTO product until the order status has been verified.
